3K a year Responsibilities Manage customer purchase orders and releases.
Accurately transfer data from purchase orders and releases into ERP software.
Maintain contact with Engineering to ensure the proper revisions of part numbers are mastered, the proper quantities have been estimated and quoted, changes are reviewed accurately, and timely, and new quotes are being processed to meet customers' needs.
Verify customer orders reflect the correct price and timing as quoted.
Maintain files for in-process and completed purchase orders with shipment detail for each customer.
Maintain front-line responsibility for handling irate customer calls.
Plan and prepare production schedules for manufacturing.
Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data and perform calculations to determine manufacturing process, tools, and employee needs.
Plan and schedule workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
Compile shipment details, processing and providing a pack list for each shipment.
SKILLS and ABILITIES Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be an analytical thinker Close attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data entry Knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook Familiar with any other ERP/MRP system EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE High School Diploma, 2 Year degree preferred Two (2) years' experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
